its been a healthy lifestlye day for me today.
gym..
tanning..
swimming..
badminton..
what can possibly be more healtier than this?
im really quite burnt or as u call it, tanned.

sad thing is that my right arm is strained. cant even bend.
OUCH.
its super duper ultra pain la!!
strained it two days ago then made worst at the gym today.
so freaking pain.
