It is all good.

Today, headed down to vivo with aikey to check out some accessories and clothes. It was supposed to be a window shopping kind of an outing, but, given the un-restrainable/un-tamed shopaholic beast in us, we are going to get everything by next week. Even if it means saving and scringing. I'll just do my maid a disservice and dine at home. I guess like the folks always say, "Home cook food is the best." Not.

Someone once said, "what for go vivo when there's town? Everything vivo has, town has."

simply because we are not on a transport diet.
other than the fact above, vivo has more than just what town has to offer. Back to back couture stores such as river island, topman, zara, pull and bear, how could anyone prefer town over vivo? The chain of those stores are the valley of the shadow of death, where you walk in there, and never ever come out sane.

All through the journey back, both aiken and i were whining and beating each other (which includes pinching of each other nippey), cause we couldn't get the shirts, tops, shoes, flip flops, belts, accessories etc. Call us vain, it wll just tell me that you have no fashion sense or whatsoever.

Let me ask you a question,
would you rather be broke and look good or the other way round?

If your answer if the former, congratulations, that is the correct answer. welcome to the human race.

If your answer is the latter, well i guess, good for you, maybe you're not a clothes person (:

so anyways,
met up with crystal for dinner at 85.

Most of the conversation was revolved around how are you doing, how's your mom, dog, grandad and basically, catching up "questions and answers".

Talked about life, education and the different underlying decisions whether should crystal stay in JC or to drop to poly. Was really exciting though, had a whole career talk drama moment. Goh lee fang aka career woman/teacher has thought me well.

headed down to cheesecake cafe after the dinner,
where our very kind friend shannon came down and drove us there in his damn-cool-orange-so-sexy-thrash-all-the-others car.
I'm talking bright orange, on the road.
How hot is that.

met louis who went on about the different scandals in an aeroplane.

Super sick plus hilarious.

Like how the front pocket of the seat, the chinese people, yes chinese in particular, would spit inside. Its the magazine compartment just so you know.

And like how the hot towels they give you. Foolish me thought that the towels are always new, but no, they are reused, just disinfected than served to you as freshly hot baked towels. But little did you know that there's this group of people from one particular country that i would not say for fear of being judged as racism, they have conveniently used these towels to clean their armpits and the feet. The towels would always come back black and this is where the air stewardess would clean it, disinfect it and then serve to you as "freshly hot baked towels" for your face.

sick.

He also mentioned, where back in the days, due to the lack of education, air stewardess were the joke of the plane. There was this time, where they say, "Ladies and gentlemen, we are taking off. Please extinguish your cigarettes now."

Picture this - People using water hoses putting out the cigarette. OR, fire extinguisher.

HAHA.

(:

So, had a really good time, both at vivo, 85 and cheesecake cafe.
I'm a happy ben.

Appreciation to shannon who willingly drove me home cause it was already late. Talked about army and the guy who ran out with his riffle. Sad thing is, he was just about to complete army in 2 weeks time.
Genius.

Oh, with regards to my previous post, where i mentioned that shenna had this anti gravity face or gravity resisting face, here's the pictorial evidence. Judge for yourself.

The law of gravity; shenna.
